floor. Not only can these muscles be difficult
to locate, but they also tend to be completely
ignored by most workouts. Yet they are a key set of
muscles in the powerhouse. The pelvis is at the center
of the body, and the slightest shift can cause
faulty alignment of the neck, spine and lower extremities.
